OUR RETURNS POLICY:

We offer returns on products upto 30 days after a product is purchased. All returned goods must be in brand new condition i.e not worn or washed.
(And btw... “I only wore it once to grab coffee” doesn’t count as “not worn” okay?!)

We offer exchanges or refunds. Exchanges and refunds are processed once the goods have been received at our warehouse and checked.

All returns must come back in their original box.

QUESTIONS

How do I return my US order? 

For U.S orders, click on the “make return here” button at the top of this page. To start a return you will need your order number and zip code. If you cannot find these details please reach out to us at returns@yynation.com

How do I return my NZ order? 

For NZ orders, request a return by contacting us at returns@yynation.com.
Send us an email with your order number and details on what you are wanting to return. We may ask you for more information to confirm your details. Our team will then help you to carry out the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Are returns free? 

Yep, returns on shoe products only are free as long as the goods meet the condition stated in our returns policy. Once you have started the returns process you will receive clear instructions on the returns process.
 
If your goods arrive damaged please specify this in the return reasons or get in touch with us directly at Returns@yynation.com. Send us a description of the issue, we may ask you to send pictures or more information to help us understand your situation.

What does "not worn or washed" mean?

We understand that you need to try on shoes to ensure the size is right. If you are planning to return a pair of shoes they should only be worn inside to try them on. Soooo wearing them around outside is definitely worn okay?!
We assess each pair of shoes to make sure they are not damaged.

EXCHANGES

We only offer exchanges for the same product you originally purchased (e.g. change of size or change of color). If you would like to exchange for a higher value product we recommend you apply for a refund and then make a separate purchase for the product you like. Sorry, we’re working to make this experience better!

How long will my exchange take to arrive?

Your exchange will be processed once your returned goods are received back into the warehouse and meet the criteria e.g. brand new condition. You will then receive an email with tracking details after your order has been dispatched. Your exchange should take 2-10 days to ship after dispatch. 

**For US orders: please keep in mind that requesting an exchange doesn't automatically reserve that product for you. If it's not available when the return is processed at the warehouse, and the exchange is initiated, we will notify you.

Can I track my exchange?

Once your exchange has been dispatched you should get an email with a tracking code. If you are having trouble finding this you can reach out to someone in our team at returns@yynation.com

I got the wrong order? Or my shoes arrived damaged?

Mistakes can happen, if you got the wrong order you can sort out an exchange through our returns portal for U.S customers above. For NZ customers, please get in touch with us at returns@yynation.com to sort that out.

REFUNDS

We process refunds once we have received goods, you should expect a delay of approximately 12 days after we have received and processed your return (pending your return meets the criteria stated in our returns policy). We can only credit refunds back via the original payment method used to purchase the shoes.

Is there anything I can’t get refunded or exchanged?

Gift cards and final sale items, such as our laces and insoles. Oh and worn items.
