Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy. This means that there is a 30 day window for you to apply for a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide your order number in order to initiate a return. We reserve the right to inspect any products returned before processing an exchange or refund.


To start a return you can do the following:

For US Customers:

You can process your return through our returns portal at yynation.loopreturns.com. You will need your order number and postal code to carry out a return. Our portal will take you through a number of steps to help you carry out your return. 

For NZ Customer:

You can process your return by reaching out to us at returns@yynation.com. Please send through the details of your order, including the order number and one of our customer service agents will take you through the steps to process your return. 

For NZ and US customers:

You can always contact us for any return questions at returns@yynation.com


Damages or issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us at returns@yynation.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right.

 

Final sale / Non-returnable items:

Certain items cannot be returned. This includes all accessories (insoles and laces). These items are final sale.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for gift cards


Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you are wanting for an exchange is to return the item you have, and when the return is accepted make a purchase for the new item. We currently only offer exchanges for products of the same value. If you would like to exchange for a product of a different value, we will process a refund, then you can purchase the product you are after. 


Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
